If cancellation is necessary for any reason, a written notification to eLearning DevCon is required no later than April 15, 2009 for a refund of actual registration fees paid, less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this date, but before May 15, 2009 are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after May 15, 2009. Refunds are not available for those who do not cancel and do not attend. Written notification of cancellations should be sent to garinhess@elearningdevcon.com.

You may change your registration information or make substitutions without penalty at any time up to the start of the conference. To make changes to your registration information, click here.

Should it become necessary, for any reason beyond conference organizers' control, to cancel this event, we will provide as much advance notice as possible to all registered participants. eLearning DevCon will then refund all conference registration fees in full upon having announced any such decision. Should such action be required, eLearning DevCon cannot be held responsible for the cost of non-refundable airline tickets or transportation fees. By registering for this event you agree to hold eLearning DevCon harmless and non-liable for any costs whatsoever should conference organizers need to cancel because of events beyond its control.

Conference organizers reserve the right to change or cancel any of the conference program and sessions without prior notice.
