If cancellation is necessary for any reason, a written notification to Rapid Intake is required by June 13, 2008 for a refund of actual registration fees paid, less a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds are not available for those who do not cancel and do not attend. Written notification of cancellations should be sent to admin@rapidintake.com.
You may change your registration information or make substitutions without penalty at any time up to the start of the conference. To make changes to your registration information, click here.
Should it become necessary, for any reason beyond Rapid Intake's control, to cancel this event, we will provide as much advance notice as possible to all registered participants. Rapid Intake will then refund all conference registration fees in full upon having announced any such decision. Should such action be required, Rapid Intake cannot be held responsible for the cost of non-refundable airline tickets or transportation fees.
Conference organizers reserve the right to change or cancel any of the conference program and sessions without prior notice. |
